The Client is a global executive search and headhunting consultancy with offices in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. With over ten years experience recruiting for some of the world's most demanding clients, the firm has earned a reputation for identifying world-class talent across the international financial markets. They work with a global client base from small hedge fund to some of the world's largest investment banks. There is presently an opening for a graduate researcher within the firm with a view to becoming a consultant following an intensive six month training period.

Although no direct experience in financial executive search is necessary, you will need to exhibit a demonstrable interest in the world's financial markets. Despite the role being part analytical and conceptual, you will be expected to develop a set of relationships with some of the world's leading traders, quantitative analysts, structurers and derivatives sales professionals. Articulate and analytical candidates from the social sciences as well as arts and humanities are particularly encouraged to apply

Essential requiremnts:
* A strong academic background. Consultants will typically have a 1st/2.1
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Confident manner to enable you to liaise with senior managers at the peak of their profession.
* Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
