A first rate commercial, analytical and change focussed job based within a recently formed, £30m turnover organisation. Merlin seek an assertive and motivated Head of Finance who will be tasked with driving forward the ongoing development of the finance team. The job will involve leading the team in all of it's duties including financial management & control, funding and treasury management, analysis and strategy, as well as the day to day management of the 13 strong finance
