  Our client is a North American Enterprise software provider of software solutions that automate operational business processes to meet the needs of service-driven organisations i.e. Retail Banking, Card Services, Lending, Insurance and Telecommunications.

The software links call centers, computer networks, databases, and the Internet, allowing departments and employees to share data, collaborate on projects, and retain customers while lowering their operational costs. Our client has other applications that automate complex marketing campaigns, analyse consumer information, and provide interfaces between customers and employees.

Our client's software automates the end-to-end operational business processes that enable the business from the initial communications with customers through to the back-office systems, leveraging existing applications and processes to streamline your operations.

With the continued expansion in Europe we are searching for a UK senior sales executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle and for the generation of target driven revenue within the designated territories. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and for the communication of all propositions and information as appropriate.

Key Result Areas:

* Meet agreed quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Establish and build relationships at all levels within the target client base to achieve customer satisfaction with products and services
* Account manage a dedicated customer or customer base to develop relationships with customers in order to develop future revenue opportunities and ensure that any issues/problems are resolved quickly and effectively
* Promote our client's solutions and services across the entire territory and raise the profile of the company within the market place

Education / Experience:
* Degree or local equivalent
* At least 3yrs experience of working within the vertical business area
Experience of working in a high tech environment is desirable
* Previous experience of high level product service levels
* Experience of managing large customer accounts
* Proven track record of achieving 100% of sales targets
* Ability to sell solutions

Professional / Technical Skills:

* Computer literate
* Must be able to present to a variety of different audiences including C-level and technology and business executives
* Must be able to communicate (orally and written) at all levels, both internally and externally
* Must be able to interpret and translate customer business issues into programs and service requirements
* In addition to your native language, fluent verbal and written English is required
