Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Agent - Spanish or German.

Department: Corporate Customer Services Spain or Germany
Location: Navan, Republic of Ireland
Language(s) required: Spanish or German and English
Salary: EUR32K per annum + benefits
Relocation package: Negotiable

Job purpose
* The main focus of this role is to provide high quality customer service and technical support to GPE Spanish/German Portfolio Bond clients and business partners.
* The role will support the Spanish/German sales team and the Spanish/German Product Technical Specialist in the development, sale and servicing of Portfolio Bond products in the Spanish/German market.
* To define and implement policies and procedures for the Spanish/German PB business.
* The role holder will work closely with colleagues focused on a similar role servicing other GPE markets and will be expected to provide appropriate cover.
* This role will report to the Manager- Corporate Customer Services

Skills/attributes required
* Ideally educated to degree level
* PC literate
* Good communication skills
* 2-3 years customer services experience, ideally in the financial services sector
* An appreciation of the issues associated with the servicing of business partners and the needs of high net worth clients
* Spanish or German & English
